Policies & Procedures


Lease Agreement: All tenants must sign a lease agreement before occupying the apartment. The lease agreement should include details of the rental period, rental amount, security deposit, and any other terms and conditions.

Payment Policy: Tenants must pay their rent on time. Late payments may incur a penalty fee. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and online payments.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required before tenants move in. The deposit will be refunded after the tenant vacates the apartment, provided there are no damages to the property.

Background Check: As part of the application process, all potential tenants must undergo a background check. This is to ensure that we provide a safe living environment for all our tenants. The background check may include a review of criminal history, credit history, and rental history. Any potential tenant who does not pass the background check will not be eligible to rent our furnished apartments.

Maintenance and Repair: The property management company is responsible for maintaining the apartment and ensuring that all appliances and amenities are in working order. Tenants should report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to the property management company.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping services may be available at an additional cost. Tenants should contact the Royal Trinity to arrange for housekeeping services if needed.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all furnished apartments. Tenants who violate this policy may be subject to penalties and may forfeit their security deposit.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in furnished apartments without prior approval from the Royal Trinity. Tenants must pay a pet deposit and comply with all pet-related policies.

Guest Policy: Tenants may have guests, but they are responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with all rules and policies.

Noise Policy: Tenants must respect their neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly during nighttime hours.

Move-out Procedures: Tenants must give notice of their intent to vacate the apartment. Upon move-out, tenants should leave the apartment clean and in good condition. Royal Trinity will  assess any damages and to determine the return of the security deposit.

By following these policies and procedures, we aim to ensure that our furnished apartments are maintained to the highest standards, and that our tenants have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
